Stakeholder Engagement Policy

AP recognizes the importance of communication activity and cultivating a relationship with all stakeholders involved or affected by AP operation, as a core of sustainable business operation. This activity allows us to learn and understand their need, expectation or the concern on the Company. Accordingly, AP is determined to set out a strategy, direction, policy and business plan in response to their needs and expectation with great balance which will sustain us a long-term growth and also mitigate potential risks and impacts.

AP has classified stakeholders in 7 groups to undertake their role accordingly in maintaining or preventing, mitigating, remedying impacts from the Company business operation, both directly and indirectly, including to arrange activities to retain and reinforce good relation among each stakeholder group.   • Assess activity outcome continually from complaint channel.
