
Stakeholder Engagement Policy
AP (Thailand) Public Company Limited and its subsidiaries (the “Company”) places importance on stakeholders across all sectors, recognizing that an understanding of their expectations, perspectives, and feedback is a key factor in achieving sustainable business operations. The Company is therefore committed to building relationships founded on trust, transparency, ethical conduct, respect for human rights, and continuous engagement. This approach aims to support the development of projects and services that genuinely meet living needs, while integrating stakeholder input into decision-making, risk management, and business development processes. In doing so, the Company seeks to appropriately respond to stakeholder expectations, mitigate potential risks and impacts, and create shared value for society in the long term.
Principles for Stakeholder Engagement
- The Company shall identify and classify stakeholders into primary and secondary groups, based on their level of impact and significance, in order to determine appropriate engagement approaches for each group.
- The Company shall promote continuous engagement and foster positive relationships with stakeholders, particularly those who are or may be affected by the Company’s business operations.
- The Company shall communicate with stakeholders through appropriate, transparent, and accessible channels, taking into account the diversity of each group, in order to effectively receive feedback, suggestions, and expectations.
- The Company shall provide opportunities for stakeholders to participate in decision-making processes on matters that may affect their rights or quality of life.
- The Company shall consider and integrate stakeholder information, opinions, and recommendations into its business operations and risk management processes, as appropriate.
- The Company shall establish effective, transparent, and fair grievance and feedback mechanisms, enabling stakeholders to appropriately raise concerns.
- The Company shall monitor, evaluate, and regularly review the effectiveness of stakeholder engagement, in order to continuously improve its practices and approaches.
This Policy has been reviewed and approved by the Corporate Governance and Sustainable Development Committee at its Meeting No. 1/2026 held on March 26, 2026, and shall be reviewed at least annually.
