
Giving, Taking Gifts, Voucher or any Benefit and Banquet
AP (Thailand) Public Company Limited is committed to conducting its business with honesty, transparency, fairness, and equality toward all stakeholders. Therefore, the Company has established a policy on receiving and giving gifts, other benefits, and hospitality, with the following guidelines:
- Directors, executives, and employees are strictly prohibited from receiving gifts, presents, or any other benefits improperly from customers, business partners, or parties related to the Company to induce them to act or refrain from acting, including any actions that fall under such categories. If it is not possible to refuse a gift or benefit, the Company’s prescribed procedures must be strictly followed.
- The giving or receiving of gifts, presents, or other benefits must not violate any laws.
- Directors, executives, and employees are required to report any received gift, present, or other benefit exceeding THB 3,000 per occasion to their direct supervisor. If the supervisor determines that the gift or benefit may influence decision-making or improperly induce action, they may refuse to accept, return the gift or benefit, or submit it to the Company’s central department.
- The giving of gifts, presents, other benefits, or hospitality to business partners or parties related to the Company must be supported by documentation showing the actual value, service, or hospitality provided, in order to allow for verification and audit.
