Biodiversity Policy

With all due respects to the importance and strict compliance, including the forecast for potential impacts on a biodiversity as a result of our project development, AP (Thailand) PCL has determined this Biodiversity policy to conform with the Sustainable Development as follows:

• Set a strong intention to manage the biodiversity and environment to be consistent with relevant laws and requirements.
• Prioritize the design and allocate internal area of the project to support an amicable living between residents and the nature.
• Study the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) in a large project that affects the surrounding area strictly to ensure that our project development will not cause impacts to communities and stakeholders as stipulated by law.
• Manage the project under environmental impact prevention and reduction with monitoring and investigation on the environmental impact to be consistent with the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) strictly.
• Promote to implement the advance innovation which is environmentally friendly to improve sustainable and creative business operation.
• Promote and raise awareness of environmental awareness and biodiversity to the person related to the supply chain of our business operation.
