AP (Thailand) Public Company Limited (AP, as registered initial for the Stock Exchange of Thailand) is engaging in the business of property development, with the majority of the revenues from the selling of real estate that include Single-detached houses, townhouses, townhomes, semi-detached houses, home offices, and condominiums. Each of the estate project is located in the urban areas, with the majority of the projects in the area of Bangkok Metropolitan and the surrounding perimeter, and the other major provincial cities of Thailand.
AP (Thailand) Public Company Limited has won three major awards:
Best CEO, Outstanding CFO and Outstanding IR in the Real Estate category from the IAA Awards for Listed Companies 2024, held by the Investment Analysts Association (IAA).
TRIS Rating affirms the company rating
on AP (Thailand) PLC (AP) at “A” with a “stable”
AP (Thailand) Public Company Limited has won two major awards:
Outstanding CEO and Outstanding CFO in the Real Estate category from the IAA Awards for Listed Companies 2022-2023, held by the Investment Analysts Association (IAA).
AP (Thailand) Public Company Limited has met the commitments to
the CAC Declaration on anti-corruption by putting in place good business principles and controls against bribery and is now a full member of CAC.
